Location is spot on.
Had a lovely weekend at this hotel. The beds were so comfortable. It was a small room but the balcony and view of the square made up for it. It was noisy as it's on the tram line but the view was beautiful. All the staff was all very helpful and friendly. The bar area was very nice and very grand and as the hotel is under renovation we had a voucher for a free drink which was nice. I would reccomend and I would return.
Very pretty, classic and clean hotel. The room was lovely and big with a beautiful balcony Nice stuff, very helpful and kind. Great lobby and dining rooms The location is great , closest to the museum district.
Disappointing with lack of honesty
We arrived to be greeted by dust and workmen in and out of the elevator they are refurbishing the hotel we where on the 4th floor and there must have been 6 rooms all being ripped out for refitting to change the hotel to a Hard Rock hotel .The cherry picker parked outside was up and down and jack hammers going from 8:30 untill 18:30 in the evening meant no resting in your room of a morning or daytime . The hotel staff gave us a voucher for a free drink and told us the work will be completed by APRIL so please beware i would have booked somewhere else if i had this information , Hope this helps . jim
